🚚 Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays).

📦 Delivery Time We ship to all US addresses. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days (UPS / FedEx / USPS). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

🔍 Order Tracking Every order includes tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a link to track your package in real time. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of your dispatch email, please contact us — we'll investigate immediately.

💸 Shipping Cost Free shipping on all US orders. No minimum spend. No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

📍 Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect orders once dispatched, so accuracy at checkout is important.

⏱ Delays Occasional delays can occur due to carrier or customs factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 16 business days of your dispatch email, contact us and we'll resolve it.
